We’ve made a few changes to keep our Tony Ireland Group family, our customers and our team, healthy and safe during these unprecedented COVID-19 times.

We’ve reduced our operating hours and working with split shifts to minimise the risk to our team and customers. Please see our store and service centre open hours.

We are taking precautions in line with advice provided by the relevant Government health departments concerning the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.

We have listed the precautionary measures and hope they provide answers to some of your questions. We are taking precaution to ensure that all cars are always sanitised for the next person to use with particular attention to the following commonly accessed areas:

  • Steering wheel/start button, touchpad, radio buttons, gear-shifter, hand brake, door handles, mirror
  • All test-drive and loan cars are sanitised before and post-use
  • We’re practising social distancing
  • Hand sanitisers and tissues are placed around the store for your convenience
  • Single-use disposable cups & stirrers used
  • EFTPOS machines and customer-facing furniture is wiped down as needed with an alcohol-based solution
